Returns and Cancellation
Before you place an order, it is your responsibility to make sure it’s accurate.
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. We will not issue refunds for properly implemented orders.
Multiple yards orders up to 8 yards usually ship as one piece but can come in several pieces and are not a subject for a return.
However, if you’re displeased with your order, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to come to a mutually beneficial resolution.
Custom individual sewing items:
Due to the handmade nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene, we do not accept returns or issue refunds, except for in certain situations. That being said, most sales in our store are final.
If it was our mistake or error, we will ask you to send it back using the prepaid return shipping label we provide. Note that your order must be in the same condition it was delivered to you, or we will not accept your claim. As long as your order is sent back to us in its original condition within 5 days of delivery, we will correct it within 2 to 5 days.

Conditions of return
If the item is not returned in its original condition, you’re responsible for any loss in value.
Please understand that due to different computer settings, screen resolutions, operating systems, and web browsers, actual colors might look different from colors rendered on computer monitors. Therefore, it’s important to ensure you order the correct size and print. Keep in mind that fabric swatches are always available for purchase by request.
Cancellation
I will issue a refund as long as the order hasn't gone to production/cutting.
If your order has been placed by 8pm - we will start working on it within 30min.
Orders placed after 8pm will go to production at 6am next day.
We do not cancel orders or make refunds after we started working on it.
Customer Service
We never leave your questions not answered! Our Customer Service manager works 24/7 and answer all your questions within 1-24 hours. We will help you with a right size/print/design choice.
